Law360, New York (October 1, 2013, 8:21 PM EDT) -- Aerospace and environmental groups joined forces Monday to call for full funding of NextGen, the Federal Aviation Administration's multibillion-dollar initiative to modernize the nation’s air transportation system, warning that budget cuts and government shutdowns threaten the long-term economic and environmental benefits of more efficient air travel.
