AK Steel Seeks Dumping Probe Of Imports From 6 Countries

Law360, New York (October 1, 2013, 3:18 PM EDT) -- AK Steel Corp. on Monday asked the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission to open anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations of nonoriented electrical steel imports from six countries, saying the foreign producers are causing material injury to the company.
