Dealership Allowed To Sue Firm Over Pursuit Of Asbestos Suit

Law360, New York (October 1, 2013, 6:38 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court ruled Monday that a car dealership can pursue litigation alleging Keller Fishback & Jackson LLP persisted with an asbestos lawsuit after it was apparent the dealership was not liable for a man's death.

A three-judge panel held that a lower court was justified in finding that Lampe Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep's malicious prosecution action against Keller Fishback and three attorneys has merit.
