Law360, New York (October 1, 2013, 7:17 PM EDT) -- Efforts to keep a putative class action accusing Apple Inc. of conspiring to sell iPhones with defective power buttons in California's northern district were rejected by a federal judge on Tuesday, who said the first-to-file rule applies and likely requires the case's transfer.
