Fletcher Trustee Says Fund Money Used For Dakota Bias Suit

Law360, Wilmington (October 2, 2013, 9:23 PM EDT) -- The trustee in the Fletcher International Ltd. bankruptcy case Tuesday accused Alphonse “Buddy” Fletcher Jr. of funneling $975,000 from the hedge fund to pay personal legal bills to Kasowitz Benson Torres & Friedman LLP related to a lawsuit against the Dakota apartment building, and wants the firm to return the money.
