Pa. Court Clarifies New Window For Filing Mechanics' Liens

Law360, Philadelphia (October 4, 2013, 4:26 PM EDT) -- The Pennsylvania Superior Court on Tuesday revived a suit against a couple by contractors seeking to collect for condominium renovations, finding that even though the work was completed before the effective date of amendments to Pennsylvania's mechanics' lien law, the lien was subject to a new longer statute of limitations.
