Law360, Philadelphia (October 2, 2013, 2:08 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania state appeals court on Wednesday denied former Pennsylvania State University assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky's bid for a new trial on charges that he sexually abused 10 boys, ruling that his counsel was not denied adequate time to prepare their defense before trial.
