Raytheon Urges Fed. Circ. To Drop Navy Missile Fuel Dispute

Law360, Washington (October 2, 2013, 2:00 PM EDT) -- Raytheon Co. on Tuesday urged the Federal Circuit to dismiss the U.S. Navy's appeal in a dispute over the company's $3.4 million claim for increased fuel costs under a Tomahawk cruise missile supply contract, arguing the court does not have jurisdiction over the case.
