FTC Won't Challenge Twitter's Acquisition Of MoPub

Law360, Los Angeles (October 2, 2013, 8:04 PM EDT) -- The Federal Trade Commission's antitrust regulators won't object to microblogging service Twitter Inc.'s acquisition of ad management company MoPub Inc., according to a document released this week. 

The acquisition was included in a list of approved transactions released on the FTC's website Monday. Neither Twitter nor MoPub has publicly disclosed the terms of the deal, but The Wall Street Journal and other news outlets have previously reported Twitter paid $350 million in stock, citing confidential sources.
