Docs Reveal Feds' Fight With Email Encryption Service

Law360, New York (October 3, 2013, 3:24 PM EDT) -- A secure email provider that vaulted to fame for its role in the Edward Snowden government spying revelations is asking the Fourth Circuit to block federal prosecutors from penetrating its encryption service as part of an ongoing criminal probe, according to a cache of documents unsealed Wednesday.
