Law360, Dallas (October 3, 2013, 8:22 PM EDT) -- In his first day on the witness stand Thursday, Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban rebuffed the government's claims that he dumped his stock in an online search company after learning inside information about a planned private financing deal, testifying that he hadn't agreed to keep the information confidential.
