James Cameron Sinks Another 'Avatar' Theft Suit

Law360, New York (October 3, 2013, 4:22 PM EDT) -- A California judge Wednesday threw out another suit claiming that director James Cameron ripped off the idea for “Avatar,” finding that it is undisputed that Cameron independently created the film.
