Citizens To Pay $11.5M To Settle Overtime Pay Suits

Law360, New York (October 3, 2013, 7:49 PM EDT) -- Plaintiffs in six consolidated class and collective actions accusing RBS Citizens Financial Group Inc. and two of its subsidiaries of failing to adequately compensate employees for overtime pay urged a Pennsylvania federal judge on Thursday to approve an $11.5 million settlement.

According to the memorandum, all six of the complaints involve retail banking center employees making a claim for overtime pay under state and federal laws.
