Sens. Urge DOD To Pay Guardsmen, Civilian Personnel

Law360, Los Angeles (October 3, 2013, 5:28 PM EDT) -- Two U.S. senators on Wednesday urged Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel to use authority recently given to him to provide pay and allowances to National Guard members, reservists and civilian personnel who are providing support to active duty troops, in light of the ongoing government shutdown.
