AUO Exec Bragged About Raising LCD Prices, Jury Hears

Law360, San Francisco (October 3, 2013, 6:33 PM EDT) -- AU Optronics Corp. executive Richard Bai bragged to his higher-ups about raising liquid-crystal display panel prices – prices which matched the ones rival LCD makers agreed on in secret Taiwanese meetings, a Federal Bureau of Investigations agent testified Thursday in the federal antitrust trial against Bai in California.
