Attune Faces Suit For Listing 'Cane Juice' As Ingredient

Law360, New York (October 4, 2013, 1:30 PM EDT) -- Attune Foods Inc. was hit Tuesday with a proposed class action in California federal court accusing it of violating state and federal laws by using the term “evaporated cane juice” to denote sugar on its products’ ingredient lists.
