Law360, San Francisco (October 22, 2013, 9:14 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge said Tuesday he's not ready to sanction Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan LLP for mishandling confidential Apple Inc. licensing information in its patent war with Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., but ordered the firm to hand over more than 2,000 documents related to the breach.
