Coast Guard Must Obey Automatic Stay In Millennium Protest

Law360, New York (October 4, 2013, 5:37 PM EDT) -- A U.S. Federal Claims Court judge on Wednesday halted the U.S. Coast Guard from moving forward with an engineering contract while Millennium Corp. Inc.'s bid protest is pending, finding that the government's violation of the Competition in Contracting Act wasn't warranted.
