FERC Gives Enviro OK To Williams NYC Pipeline Expansion

Law360, New York (October 4, 2013, 6:25 PM EDT) -- The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission on Friday gave a preliminary environmental thumbs-up to a proposed expansion of Williams Partners LP's Transco natural gas pipeline that would transport additional gas to utility company National Grid's local distribution system in the New York City boroughs of Brooklyn and Queens.
