Texas High Court Urged To Undo $57M Hotel Sale Verdict

Law360, Dallas (October 4, 2013, 6:04 PM EDT) -- A developer who won a $57.3 million jury verdict against a Host Hotels & Resorts Inc. subsidiary accused of interfering with a deal to sell a San Antonio mall and hotel told the Texas Supreme Court on Thursday that a high-dollar judgment shouldn't be the trigger for appellate review.
