UN Agency Commits To Global Airline Emissions Regulations

Law360, New Orleans (October 4, 2013, 6:57 PM EDT) -- The United Nations air navigation agency approved plans Friday for the first-ever global airline emissions regulations, as the European Union, United States and more than 150 other member states agreed to develop a market-based measure by 2016 that will be implemented by 2020.
