Northeastern U. Slams BAE With $1.2M Contract Breach Suit

Law360, New York (October 7, 2013, 2:43 PM EDT) -- Northeastern University in Massachusetts federal court Friday accused BAE Systems and Electronic Systems Integration Inc. of breaching contract and failing to provide a piece of underwater acoustic technology after the school paid $1.2 million for it.

The Boston university first filed the suit accusing BAE of breaching contract Oct. 1 in the Superior Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in and for Suffolk County, but moved it to the District of Massachusetts on Friday.
