5 Major Insurers Hit With TCPA Suit Over Robocalls

Law360, New York (October 7, 2013, 1:28 PM EDT) -- A group of insurers, including American Automobile Association Inc. and Farmers Group Inc., was hit Friday with a proposed class action in an Illinois court accusing them of violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act by making illegal calls through a lead-generator marketing company.
