Calif. Appeals Court Revives Skype Class Action

Law360, Los Angeles (October 4, 2013, 10:38 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Friday revived a putative class action against Skype Inc., finding the lead plaintiff in the case adequately argued the company deceived consumers by saying a calling plan was “unlimited” when it was not.
