Milberg Weiss Prosecutor Joins Goodwin Procter

Law360 (February 21, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- One of the lead prosecutors in the government's ongoing case against law firm Milberg Weiss has left the U.S. attorney's office to work in the white-collar crime and government investigations practice of Goodwin Procter LLP.

Robert J. McGahan, former acting deputy chief for major frauds for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Central District of California, joined the downtown Los Angeles office of the firm earlier this month. He said the firm provided a good opportunity.
