NJ Water Commission Can't Revive Suit Over Plant Failure

Law360, New York (October 7, 2013, 10:29 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey appellate panel on Monday declined to revive a contract suit filed by the Passaic Valley Water Commission against the contractor responsible for allegedly shoddy renovations to a water treatment plant, ruling the commission couldn’t circumvent a statute of limitations barring the action.
