High Court Again Refuses Seller's EBay Antitrust Case

Law360, New York (October 7, 2013, 4:25 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused for the second time to review a former eBay Inc. seller's antitrust suit against the online auction site, leaving in place a California district court's decision to dismiss the claims.
