Cengage Defends Claim To Textbook Copyrights

Law360, New York (October 7, 2013, 6:14 PM EDT) -- Cengage Learning Inc. sued a group of lenders in New York federal court Saturday to strike a claim that the group has asserted on thousands of Cengage’s textbook copyrights, saying that the lenders failed to adequately assert their liens on the copyrights.
