Law360, New York (October 7, 2013, 7:29 PM EDT) -- A Missouri federal judge rejected St. Louis Heart Center Inc.’s bid to force Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. to cover one of its policyholders in a junk fax class action brought under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, saying Monday that St. Louis Heart lacks standing.
