Third Eye Blind Owes Ex-Guitarist Touring Profits, Jury Hears

Law360, San Francisco (October 7, 2013, 9:24 PM EDT) -- Third Eye Blind frontman Stephan Jenkins cheated founding guitarist Anthony Fredianelli out of his fair share of the band's touring royalties, instead funneling those funds into other band projects, Fredianelli's attorney told a California federal jury Monday during opening statements in the guitarist's royalties trial against his ex-bandmate.
