Stephen Baldwin Sued Over Breach Of Book Contract

Law360, New York (October 7, 2013, 7:47 PM EDT) -- A division of Hachette Book Group Inc. on Friday sued Stephen Baldwin for breach of contract in New York state court, claiming he failed to deliver a nonfiction book to the company by the delivery date established in a publishing agreement. 

Hachette division FaithWords, which specializes in Christian literature, is seeking to recover a $110,000 advance it paid Baldwin for the book, pursuant to a publishing agreement that was executed in March 2007. The allegedly undelivered book was the second of two works Baldwin was required...
