NYC Corrupted School Lunch Bid Process, Pizza Co. Says

Law360, New York (October 8, 2013, 2:45 PM EDT) -- A pizza vendor accused the New York City Department of Education of subverting the fair bidding process for food manufacturers to become school lunch suppliers, saying in New York state court Friday that it lost unfairly to a company that violated a provision for food donations.
