DOD Civilians Not Out Of Woods Despite Furlough Relief

Law360, New York (October 8, 2013, 7:27 PM EDT) -- While the U.S. Department of Defense put almost all of its civilian employees back to work on Monday, the threat of later furloughs still looms for many as the shutdown continues to block funding for equipment and facilities.
