Law360, New York (October 8, 2013, 2:34 PM EDT) -- The Boeing Co. on Tuesday ended its breach of contract suit against subcontractor Symvionics Inc., in which Boeing had accused the engineering and management support services provider of failing to deliver software related to a training program for U.S. Navy pilots on time, costing Boeing time and money.
U.S. District Judge Carol E. Jackson signed off on the order dismissing the action with prejudice, and stipulating that both sides will bear their own costs.
