Appeals Court Tosses Suits Over Sale Of Domino Sugar Site

Law360, Los Angeles (October 8, 2013, 3:46 PM EDT) -- A New York appeals court Tuesday upheld a lower court judge's order consolidating and dismissing two lawsuits brought by developer Katan Group LLC against its joint venture partner over the $185 million sale of the Domino Sugar factory site in Brooklyn, saying the judge properly ruled the claims had been dismissed in a previous order.
