Ex-Boeing Employee Indicted For Selling Insider Info

Law360, New York (October 8, 2013, 5:27 PM EDT) -- A former Boeing Co. procurement officer has been accused in Missouri federal court of selling insider information to help two parts manufacturers land $3.5 million worth of military contracts, according to an indictment released by the court Monday.

A grand jury in the District of Missouri charged Deon E. Anderson with four counts of wire and mail fraud, accusing him of providing J.L. Manufacturing and Globe Dynamics International Inc. with non-public competitor bid information and historical price information in order to help them secure purchase orders...
