State Sen. Seeks Ruling Against NCAA In $60M PSU Fine Row

Law360, Philadelphia (October 9, 2013, 4:06 PM EDT) -- A Pennsylvania senator asked a Commonwealth Court judge on Monday to declare the NCAA had violated state law by refusing to order Pennsylvania State University to release to a state-controlled endowment $60 million in fines stemming from the Jerry Sandusky sexual abuse scandal.
