Fla. Appeals Court Affirms Denial Of Jai Alai Permit Move

Law360, Miami (October 9, 2013, 3:54 PM EDT) -- A Florida appeals court on Wednesday deferred to the judgment of the agency responsible for regulating pari-mutuel wagering in the state as it affirmed a ruling denying a summer jai alai operator in Miami a transfer of the operator's permit to a new location.
