FTC's Wyndham Data Security Suit Put On Hold By Shutdown

Law360, New York (October 9, 2013, 4:48 PM EDT) -- A New Jersey magistrate judge on Tuesday temporarily halted the Federal Trade Commission's closely watched suit accusing hotel chain Wyndham Worldwide Corp. of failing to adequately secure consumer data, citing the agency's inability to staff the case during the government shutdown.
