Info Cuban Traded On Was Public, Insider-Trading Jury Told

Law360, Dallas (October 9, 2013, 7:44 PM EDT) -- A securities expert on Wednesday told a Texas federal jury that information about an online search company's planned financing deal was already public before billionaire Mark Cuban dumped his stake in the company, as Cuban tries to upend insider trading allegations leveled at him by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
