Judge Orders Silk Road's Alleged Ringleader To NY

Law360, San Francisco (October 9, 2013, 5:22 PM EDT) -- A California federal judge Wednesday ordered Ross William Ulbricht, the alleged owner of online contraband marketplace Silk Road, to be transferred to New York federal court to face felony charges over allegations he ran a $1.2 billion Internet bazaar where customers anonymously traded Bitcoins for drugs and computer hacking software.
