AT&T Objects To Terms Of Bankrupt Partner's $105M Sale

Law360, New York (October 9, 2013, 4:28 PM EDT) -- AT&T Services Inc. told a New York bankruptcy judge Wednesday not to approve Quality One Wireless LLC's $105.3 million stalking horse bid for Personal Communications Devices LLC, saying it unlawfully terminates liability from the bankrupt company's contracts with AT&T.

AT&T told U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Alan S. Trust to deny the terms of the proposed purchase agreement, which Judge Trust approved in September. Specifically, AT&T said the terms of sale would release PCD from all warranty and lawsuit indemnification claims that AT&T could bring against PCD, yet...
