Juror Stays On Toyota Crash Trial After Intoxication Claim

Law360, Los Angeles (October 9, 2013, 9:50 PM EDT) -- A California judge overseeing the first bellwether trial in the Toyota Motor Corp. unintended acceleration litigation declined Wednesday to dismiss a juror on the third day of deliberations, saying another juror's allegations that he was intoxicated were "unsubstantiated."
