Fla. High Court To Tackle Nixed $10M Football Death Award

Law360, New York (October 10, 2013, 7:04 PM EDT) -- The family of a University of Central Florida football player who died after a practice has asked the Florida Supreme Court to review an appellate court decision reversing a $10 million jury award to the family in its negligence suit against the school’s athletics association.
