Housing Agencies Take HUD Funding Protest To Fed. Circ.

Law360, Wilmington (October 10, 2013, 5:34 PM EDT) -- A group of local public housing authorities that lodged a bid protest against the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development argued Thursday before a Federal Circuit panel that the agency should be using traditional contracts for a planned procurement of administration services instead of less formal agreements.
