EU Lawmakers Eye Tweaks To Antitrust Damages Plan

Law360, New York (October 10, 2013, 8:05 PM EDT) -- The legislative committee charged with reviewing a European Commission proposal to make it easier for cartel victims to recover damages largely endorsed the watchdog's plan in a draft report last week, but suggested including a new principle of protection for leniency documents.
