Comic Artist Urges Revival Of 'Sonic' Video Game IP Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (October 11, 2013, 3:58 PM EDT) -- A comic-book artist urged the Ninth Circuit on Friday to revive his copyright infringement suit over a "Sonic the Hedgehog" video game developed by Sega of America Inc., saying a trial judge erred in tossing the case pending the resolution of similar claims in New York.
