Jury Awards Luv N' Care $10M Judgment Against Rival

Law360, Los Angeles (October 11, 2013, 10:22 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal jury on Thursday awarded baby products giant Luv N' Care Ltd. a $10 million judgment against Royal King Infant Products Co. Ltd., finding Royal King violated a previous settlement agreement between the companies by failing to pay Luv N' Care appropriate royalties.
