Casino Cos. Bind Themselves To Future Negotiation In Mass.

Law360, New York (October 17, 2013, 1:58 PM EDT) -- Several of the casino companies lobbying for Massachusetts' new slots parlor license have decided to cover their tails with local communities, by binding themselves to future negotiations down the road if their project is picked as the winner, the companies said during a Massachusetts Gaming Commission meeting Thursday.
