BCI Aircraft Exec Asks For Probation In $50M Fraud Scheme

Law360, New York (October 15, 2013, 8:42 PM EDT) -- The founder and CEO of BCI Aircraft Leasing Inc. on Friday asked a Chicago federal judge for leniency following his conviction for paying a bribe and running a fraud scheme that prosecutors said pulled in more than $50 million from lenders and investors, saying a sentence of probation is appropriate.
